    • You can return any unworn jewelry item within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure it’s in its original packaging.

    • To initiate a return, visit our website and fill out the contact form. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the refund within 3 business days. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
  5. Handling Damaged Items:
