At YGT Afro Heritage , we are committed to ensuring that your precious pieces arrive safely and promptly. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery and shipping process:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 6-9 business days.
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate. Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days (Canada wide).
  • Overnight Shipping (Ottawa-Gatineau): $20.00 flat rate. Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered the next business day.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and can take up to 14 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • YGT Afro Heritage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
